WINE DESCRIPTION: Verdicchio di Matelica has a viticulture that follows the dictates of organic, is a white of great quality, able to best summarize all the peculiarities of the terroir from which it comes. The grapes are harvested by hand and grown organically. Fresh, drinkable and long-lived, thanks above all to the altitude where the vineyards are located, it is a white that matures only in steel, offering us a simply excellent sip.

TASTING NOTES: The colour in the glass is pale straw yellow. Pleasant to the nose, it leaves floral hints of hawthorn, fruity notes and hints of flint and fresh almond on the nose. The taste is punctual and clean, smooth and agile, citrusy, persistent and once again almondy in the aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRING: Recommended with seafood and fish dishes as well as mature cheese. It goes well also with soup and rice. Serve chilled at 11°-13°C, in large glasses.
